First here is the morning briefing from our captain:
Boat Name: Isabel
Position: N23’59.8 W018’56.7
Wind: NE 16-22 kts
Sea State: 1.5-2.0M Swell
Info: More Parasailor untangling on the foredeck this morning (morning work out). All on board ok!
After yesterday’s attempt to hoist the parasailor, today was finally the day. Early in the morning, Weed and Paul worked on sorting out the lines, and we waited patiently for the wind to calm down. Once we had a steady 15 knots, we made our third attempt. It wasn’t easy, but we succeeded! Check out the beautiful sail. We flew the sail for a few hours, but as night approached, we returned to a more conservative setup with the Genoa.

Yesterday, everyone had a bit of an upset stomach, but today it was completely forgotten.
Everyone is having a rest and I’m at watch for another 1 1/2 hours, little Ratty is helping me to stay on course and stay in 2nd place of our division.
